Even the strongest people need support. Reaching out can be your first defining moment.
If you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating complicated relationships, grieving a loss, or simply exhausted from carrying too much for too long, you're not alone. As a therapist, I provide a space where you don’t have to have all the answers — just the courage to show up.
My name is Trinity, and I’m a mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology. My professional path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior, a commitment to social justice, and a passion for helping people heal. I’ve worked in community mental health settings, where I’ve supported individuals and families through complex trauma, systemic barriers, and emotional overwhelm — experiences that continue to inform the compassionate and culturally responsive care I provide today.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether it's individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, or group work; I aim to help clients reconnect with themselves, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their emotional lives.
