Anger is a natural emotional response to stress, frustration, or perceived threat. While anger itself is not inherently harmful, the way it is expressed can impact relationships, work, and overall well-being.
This program focuses on helping individuals better understand emotional triggers, recognize physiological responses, and develop healthier ways of responding during moments of conflict or distress.
Participants will learn how to:
Identify emotional and behavioral triggers
Recognize physical and emotional stress responses
Improve emotional regulation and self-awareness
Respond to conflict in more constructive ways
Develop practical coping and communication skills
Anger management training is also available for workplaces and organizations seeking to support healthier communication, reduce workplace conflict, and strengthen team dynamics. Programs may be offered individually or in group settings.
