Trinity Rosa, MHC-LP
Even the strongest people need support. Reaching out can be your first defining moment.
If you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating complicated relationships, grieving a loss, or simply exhausted from carrying too much for too long, you're not alone. As a therapist, I provide a space where you don’t have to have all the answers — just the courage to show up.
My name is Trinity, and I’m a mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology. My professional path has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior, a commitment to social justice, and a passion for helping people heal. I’ve worked in community mental health settings, where I’ve supported individuals and families through complex trauma, systemic barriers, and emotional overwhelm — experiences that continue to inform the compassionate and culturally responsive care I provide today.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether it's individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, or group work; I aim to help clients reconnect with themselves, improve relationships, and feel more in control of their emotional lives. Many of the people I work with carry unspoken grief, unexpressed emotions, or the constant pressure to keep going without falling apart. In our work together, we’ll create space for those truths to be seen and felt, without judgment. I specialize in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, and I use tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems to support your healing process.
I also show up as an advocate — not just in the therapy room, but in the world. I believe therapy should honor your whole identity, your lived experience, and the systems you move through. Whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, anxious, or unsure where to begin, I’m here to meet you where you are. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
