Based on the work of Drs. John and Julie Gottman, this workshop is designed to help couples strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and better understand the patterns that shape their relationship over time.
Grounded in decades of relationship research, the course focuses on the small, everyday moments that build trust, closeness, and long-term connection.
Couples will learn how to:

Strengthen emotional connection and friendship
Recognize unhealthy relationship patterns
Navigate recurring conflict more effectively
Build greater understanding, trust, and partnership
Workshop topics include:
- The “Four Horsemen” and how negative communication patterns impact relationships
- Rebuilding fondness, admiration, and emotional connection
- Managing conflict and emotional overwhelm more effectively
- Strengthening problem-solving and communication skills
- Supporting individual and shared goals within the relationship
This workshop is appropriate for couples at many stages of their relationship, including premarital couples, long-term partners, and those looking to strengthen communication and connection.
For relationships experiencing severe distress, abuse, active addiction, or serious untreated mental health concerns, individual therapeutic support may be recommended before participating in workshop-based programs.
